We routinely work as part of a team to complete projects, and are well equipped to help form your team as the project begins. We provide full decoration services for those who are seeking a fresh space, but don't need construction. This includes a full furniture, art and decor package for individual rooms, or an entire home. For projects with a small scope of work we recommend our design consultation service. We meet in person or virtually to answer all of your design questions and to provide ideas for you to execute on your own.

We created our Designer For A Day service for clients who want the trained eye of a professional interior designer to help furnish and style their home, and at a more approachable price point. In this quick turnaround service, we'll create a full room design and roadmap. Our Process
Phase 1 . Inquiry
Each project begins with our questionnaire found on the contact page of our website.
Our team will connect with you and share more information about working with könig. During this phase we offer a complimentary call with one of our lead designers. On this call we will learn more about the vision for your project and answer any questions you may have regarding budget, timelines, next steps, etc.
Phase 2 . consultation
Our in-person consultation is really important, as we get to know you!
We will review the scope of work, the site and determine if there are any foreseeable and/or unforeseeable challenges to be expected. We take preliminary measurements, photographs and discuss any specific areas of interest or concern pertinent to the scope.
Phase 3 - proposal
Our proposal presentation is designed to provide clients with an insight into our team's vision for their project, along with personalized solutions tailored to individual projects.
We'll go through the estimated design service costs and the construction budget, review the scope of work, objectives, and next steps associated with each project before beginning to collaborate.
Phase 4 - design
Time to get to work! We'll create floor plans and detailed 3D renderings to visualize the space. After that, it's time to select materials and finishes. This includes choosing cabinetry, countertops, floors, walls, fixtures/plumbing, lighting and more. Once all the hard surfaces have been designed then we can start planning out the furnishings.
Phase 5 - construction
At König, our project managers are dedicated to ensuring that all projects run on schedule and under budget. Our PMs are highly knowledgeable in building technologies and solutions, ready to provide helpful advice even when faced with complex issues.
Furthermore, our clients can coordinate with our expert team anytime by accessing project timelines, selections, change orders, photos, and more through their private online dashboards.
Phase 6 - installation
All of the dreaming, building and imagining comes to life! our team installs all furnishings and intentionally styles the newly built or renovated spaces. Our projects conclude with photos, a final walk through and, why not, some champagne cheers.

Take this opportunity to provide your designer with an insight into your preferences in terms of colors and combinations. It's important to express your vision clearly so your consultant can create a plan that matches it.
initial briefing
Your consultant will come to your residence and present a portfolio of paint swatches for each room. The wallet provided will contain all the samples you need to make an informed decision.
home visit
shortly after the home visit you'll receive a personalized plan with all of the crucial details. This will include the paint colours and finishes, the application technique, and how many liters of paint are needed for your space.

how much it costs
For £200, we offer an in-depth consultation within the comfort of your own home, followed by wonderfully tailored colour palettes for up to four rooms. Should you wish to extend our services beyond this limit, an additional fee of £50 per hour will be applied.
